Lower List Price.  There are exceptions to the rule, but usually the list price for a condo will be lower than that of a single family home of the same size.  That said, buyers should keep in mind the HOA fees at the complex. HOA fees at these particular properties range from $390 - $665 a month.

Low Maintenance.  At some point, buyers considering a condo start wondering if the HOA fees are "worth it".  For buyers who don't want to deal with a lot of upkeep, that answer may be yes!  HOA fees generally cover the maintenance of the exterior of the home, including roofing.  Gardening and landscaping of common areas is also usually covered.  Residents are able to enjoy access green spaces, without having to maintain a large backyard.

Amenities & Community.   HOA fees can be used to maintain shared pools, hot tubs, and tennis courts.  For those who want to come home to a community, and share a particular lifestyle, condo living may be ideal!

Below you'll find a list of condos currently available in Carmel, Carmel Valley, and Pebble Beach.  These complexes do not have age restrictions.  (Other communities, like Del Mesa, are only available to those 55 and over.)
