Malone Hodges

Malone Hodges lives in Carmel-by-the-Sea with his wife, Aleix, and two young sons, Bryce age 6, and Colin age 3. After working and living all over the world, Malone and Aleix chose Carmel as the place to live and raise a family.

As the President and CEO of an international technology start-up, Malone negotiated complex and challenging business transactions in the United States and overseas. His negotiation skills and attention to detail helped him build a successful company with operations in several countries.

Malone enjoys solving problems and attaining objectives.

As an entrepreneur working in different cultures Malone demonstrated a knack for seeing the common ground and presenting his position to achieve his goals. He brings that same focus and creativity to his real estate practice. Malone's goal is to understand his client's real estate needs and work to meet them.

Audrey Wardwell

Audrey lives in Carmel Valley with her husband Jeff and their rambunctious dog Chico. Both Audrey and Jeff grew up on the Monterey Peninsula.

Audrey, a graduate of U.C.S.C. with a B.A. in Philosophy, launched her real estate career in 1999 in property management. Her professional experience acquired while being mentored by several successful and well respected real estate agents in the area combined with her experience as a private business owner, has taught her that business is all about relationships and people.

She strives to ensure that her clients receive the individual attention they deserve, tailored to their needs.

Audrey works as member of a dynamic Realtor team with Malone Hodges. As part of a qualified team, Audrey continues to provide the high standard of service to which her clients have become accustomed, and bring them the most comprehensive market knowledge available.
